Heritage Oak Winery

At Heritage Oak, we’re all about the fruit and the land. Our winemaker and grower, Tom Hoffman, has a knack for bringing out the natural flavors of the grapes while showcasing their unique characteristics. We offer a range of wines like Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Syrah, Carignane, and some delightful red blends.

You’ll find us on a quiet stretch of Woodbridge Road, nestled on 106 acres along the Mokelumne River. Visitors often drop by the tasting room before enjoying a leisurely 3/4 mile walk to a private beach for a picnic. If you’re into kayaking, there’s river access for launching and taking in. Be sure to check our website for property use guidelines.

No need to book ahead, just swing by! (Except if you’re bringing a large group of 6 or more, then a heads-up would be great.)

Daily, you can enjoy wine tasting flights, select wines by the glass, and bottle service on our patio.

For the best tasting experience, aim to arrive before our last seating at 4:30 PM.

Our hiking trail to the river is open from 11 AM to 5 PM for a picnic or a stroll—just check in at the tasting room first! (Remember, the trail is for our winery guests only).
