The Grape Escape

It all began in VEGAS. In 2007, by some miracle, a few of my close college friends and I all landed the same job at Wynn Resorts – one of the most respected hospitality brands in the world. On top of the fun times we shared, it was an incredible professional experience as I helped launch Encore Las Vegas and learned what it means – and what it takes – to offer true five-star hospitality.

Since Wynn, I’ve spent the last 15 years in a variety of roles – biz dev at Bloomberg, go-to-market strategy at Liftopia, start-up founder at Go Dish, early employee at Lyft, sales leader at Color, and investor/advisor for a handful of early-stage tech companies.

Looking back, the most successful companies I’ve been affiliated with recognized that their team is their most important asset and prioritized investing in their people and building a strong culture – one where employees felt truly connected to their teammates and their company’s mission and purpose. These companies also empowered and made space for their employees to zoom out from the day-to-day, think big, and take risks.

With the help of an amazing team, I designed this property from the ground up to provide teams and companies with the perfect environment to strengthen their culture and move their business forward.
