Tropical Heat Wave Cooking Class

I’m sick of cold weather… let’s pretend we are on a Hawaiian beach, having fabulous local food.  A fun hands-on class meal could include Sushi Rice Balls, Lomi Lomi Salmon, Macadamia-crusted Chicken, and Katsu Sauce, and an adult version of Hawaiian Lemonade.  Bikinis and speedos are not required, but help us do the “sun-dance” and bring on the warm weather!     

Registration ends 3/18/24   Minimum of 8 guests, a maximum of 10 guests.

Culinary classes, are hands-on unless noted otherwise, and are $85 per person. This experience includes a full meal and the appropriate alcoholic beverage, along with a class booklet to go home with you. Minimum of 8 guests, maximum of 10.
