Sourdough Workshop

Over the years of teaching the Bread Baking Workshop, I have been repeatedly asked about sourdough bread baking. This class will receive a well-aged starter to take home, and we will bake with this starter as well. Bread recipes take more time than our two-hour workshop, but there will be bread to sample from this starter, recipes, and information on how to use your starter in other ways after feeding it for your bread-baking adventure.

Registration – $65 per person

Registration ends 7/24/24. Minimum of 3 guests and a maximum of 6 guests.
