Raclette Cooking Class

What could be easier entertaining than a party you completely prepare the day before the event?  You can enjoy the event along with the guests, as the kitchen is clean, dinner prepared, and wine is chilled 24 hours before guests arrive!!  Raclette is that party to plan… A traditional Swiss dish, similar to fondue, but without the last-minute cooking—a slow and social way to dine and enjoy the winter months.  Composed of cheese, sausages, savory accompaniments, and more.   We give you complete instructions, and you enjoy this meal in class.  Registration ends 1/8/24   Minimum 8 guests, maximum 10 guests.

Culinary classes, are hands-on unless noted otherwise, and are $85 per person. This experience includes a full meal and the appropriate alcoholic beverage, along with a class booklet to go home with you.
