Pilates Brunch Club In The Vines

Wine, Pilates + Lunch at a beautiful winery… Oak Farm Vineyard in Lodi!

We are so excited for the opportunity to partner with our friends at Oak Farm Vineyards to bring you a Pilates + Wine experience, in the Vines! This event includes a 45 minute outdoor Pilates class, live with DJ Invisible and Victoria Popoff, owner of Studio V Pilates & Fitness. She brings 20+ years of teaching experience, plans to teach an “all-levels” Pilates class and will end with a mindfulness + gratitude exercise to appreciate our bodies!

Here’s what you need to know during this event:

• Bring a mat or towel to use during the Pilates session
• Anyone is welcome, and movements are taught in levels, so you can be a true beginner or expert and still have a great experience.
• No experience is needed with Pilates to attend.

We will follow up our Pilates session with gourmet boxed lunch and a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc, Albarino or Rosé from Oak Farm Vineyards. (Vegetarian option available- see add-ons) You can choose to enjoy this on-site or take it home with you. Bring your picnic blanket if you plan to unwind on the grass! This winery boasts large grassy areas, a bocce ball court, covered patios, hand built dining tables, and a beautiful, newly built tasting room.

– Arrival 8:15-9:15am, please allow ample time for sipping & mat set-up. also first dibs on shopping our local vendors! We start you off with a glass of Rosè or Sauvingnon Blanc when you arrive. We also have alcohol free options; Hiyo, an alcohol free seltzer.

– Pilates in the Vines 9:30am {Raffle prizes immediately following}

– Lunch, wine, shopping, photos & friends 10:30a

– If you plan to stay longer than 11am, you are welcome to stay on the grass areas and bocce ball courts. The winery opens for reservations, and most chairs/tables are reserved at this time. If you would like to enhance your experience – make a reservation on the TOCK app to continue with more wine tasting, laughing and enjoying at Oak Farm! Or, schedule a day to wine taste all over Lodi with your friends!

No outside food, please. This event is restricted to those 21 years old or above, as per OF policy.

We will have many local vendors with us during the event to enhance your experience to shop their goods! Candles, fresh flowers, local soaps, hand made jewlery, women’s clothing, and more!
