Loads of Lemons

Fresh, ripe, and winter perfect, though reaching the end of our local picking season by this date!  Lemons provide a bright flavor to many foods.  Ever tried the bubbly cocktail called Sgropino?  Tea bread, salad dressings and marinades, soups and tarts with perfect pie crust…endless variations on this deliciously citrusy theme!   Booklet and dinner included.

Registration ends 3/21/24   Minimum of 8 guests, a maximum of 10 guests .

Culinary classes, are hands-on unless noted otherwise, and are $85 per person. This experience includes a full meal and the appropriate alcoholic beverage, along with a class booklet to go home with you. Minimum of 8 guests, maximum of 10.
