Under the culinary vision of Chef Charlie Palmer and Appellation Chief Culinary Director Thomas Bellec, our menu celebrates Lodi’s rich agricultural heritage. In collaboration with Healdsburg’s acclaimed Quail & Condor Bakery, we offer hearty bread, delicate pastries, rotisserie-roasted meats, seasonal salads, and artisan sandwiches. Our marketplace features house-made selections, including estate preserves, tinned and smoked fish, pickled vegetables, private-label olive oil, patés, and terrines.​
