Set beneath the park’s beautiful canopy of oak trees, this engaging event invites visitors of all ages to explore the universe through guided telescope viewings, hands-on learning, and fascinating presentations from local astronomers.

Bring a blanket or lawn chair, pack a picnic, and settle in for a relaxing night of discovery. Whether you’re spotting Saturn’s rings or identifying constellations overhead, it’s the perfect opportunity to slow down and connect with the cosmos.
The Nature Center will be open extra hours for fun, space-themed activities and crafts, then head out into the park and view the night sky thanks to the Stockton Astronomical Society beginning at 7:15 PM. Free event, $6 cash parking fee. Severe weather may cancel outdoor activities.
