Argentine Asado @ Bokisch Vineyards

Markus and Liz Bokisch invite you to an Argentine Asado for a cultural and culinary experience! This exclusive dinner features traditional fire and grilling techniques, delicious meats, and sides, all paired with your favorite Bokisch wines.

Most importantly, the company and people that come together are what make the experience. Markus Bokisch, along with Chef Parker Estep, will be our asadores (grill masters) for the evening. They will have the challenging task of managing the parrilla (grill) for hours, slow-roasting the meat over open flames, and keeping it tender, juicy, and flavorful. They will be handling everything from prepping the spit to cooking to serving.

The dinner is the only event held at the Bokisch home in a beautiful setting next to their Las Cerezas Vineyard, where it all began. Join us at 6pm for sangria and a sneak peek into the cooking experience; dinner will begin promptly at 7pm.

The $175 ticket per person is all-inclusive. We are limiting seating at this dinner to allow for an elaborate menu, great service, and time for visiting with all of our guests.
