There's a children's playground less than two blocks around the corner, a grill for BBQ on a nice day, or you can head over to nearby Lodi Lake, where you can kayak, paddleboard, enjoy the nature trail, and more!

The American Oak Cottage side of the duplex offers one king-size bed and one full-size bed. It also has a full bathroom, quality kitchen appliances with plenty of dishes and cookware, two AC units, ceiling fans in every room, two TVs for streaming your favorites, fast WiFi, coffee and tea, and all the amenities you may need. You will find a grill, washer/dryer, and cleaning supplies in the garage. A front patio provides an opportunity for al fresco dining.
